Peter Hootman
Currently Pete is the Head of Production at Credit Karma, leading a team of producers, editors, motion designers, and content creators who craft all of Credit Karma’s TV commercials and social/digital video ads.
Before that Pete worked as a motion designer, editor, and creative producer on a variety of projects for startups, video game industry, education, medical, non-profit and consumer devices.
With a background in post-production and design, an eye for direction, a love for tinkering with production tools, and the ability to lead and mentor a high functioning team to deliver broadcast quality work, Pete can help you with a thing or two.
Pete is also the silent half of Poppy the Flower Truck, the raddest flower truck in the SF Bay Area. Come find where it’s popping up next and meet Pete’s amazing wife Kristy who will make you a beautiful bouquet.
